Abstract
NFC tehnologija je bežična tehnologija koja omogućuje razmjenu podataka samim dodirom sa drugim uređajem istog ili različitog proizvođača. Ova tehnologija omogućuje brže, jednostavnije i sigurnije obavljanje beskontaktnog plaćanja, te povećanje zadovoljstva korisnika. Za potrebe ovog rada provedeno je istraživanje na području Zagreba, u svrhu prikupljanja informacija od korisnika koji koriste uslugu beskontaktnog plaćanja, da bi pružatelji usluge poboljšali njene funkcionalnosti s ciljem zadržavanja postojećih korisnika i privlačenjem novih korisnika. Predložena NFC arhitektura unutar mobilnog uređaja omogućava objedinjavanje svih informacija u jedan zajednički sustav s ciljem pružanja stvarnovremenskih i točnih informacija krajnjem korisniku. Iako su još uvijek mnogi skeptični za korištenje beskontaktnog plaćanja, objašnjenjem predložene arhitekture, odnosno što se događa s korisnikovim podacima, trebalo bi potaknuti korisnike da koriste ovu tehnologiju, da bi olakšali svoj život, te da ne gube svoje slobodno vrijeme čekanjem u dugim redovima, nego da svoje transakcije obavljaju iz udobnosti svog doma.

NFC is a wireless technology that allows the exchange of data by touch with another device of the same or different manufacturers. This technology enables faster, easier and safer performance of contactless payments, and increase customer satisfaction. For the purpose of this work was carried out research in the area of Zagreb, in order to collect information from users who use the service of contactless payments to providers of services to improve its functionality with the aim of retaining existing customers and attracting new customers. Proposed NFC architecture inside mobile device allows the integration of all information into one common system to provide real-and accurate information to the end user. Although still many skeptical to use contactless payment, proposed architecture, or what happens to user data, should encourage users to use this technology in order to facilitate your life, and you do not lose your free time waiting in long lines, but that their transactions are conducted from the comfort of your home.
