Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je definirati relevantne parametre za prijedlog sustava za isporuku usluge usmjeravanja osoba s oštećenjem vida u prometnom okruženju. Svrha predložene usluge je pružanje točnih i stvarnovremenskih informacija prilikom usmjeravanja i podizanje stupnja kvalitete života korisnika. Razvoj suvremenih informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija omogućuje predloženi sustav. Arhitektura sustava temelji se na Cloud Computing for the Blind konceptu. Ovim načinom prikaza osigurana je 24/7 podrška za dostavu usluge. Rješenje se ostvaruje u obliku mobilne aplikacije koja pomoću Bluetooth Beacon tehnologije pruža korisnicima informacije potrebne za usmjeravanje na autobusnim kolodvorima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Pružanje informacija odvija se u realnom vremenu što osobama s oštećenjem vida omogućuje povećanje stupnja samostalnosti i sigurnosti kretanja dijelom prometne mreže.

The main goal of this paper is to defining relevant parameters to present system for delivering guidance services for visually impaired people in traffic enviroment. Service will provide users with accurate and real time information while guiding the users and increase their quality of life. Development of modern information and communication technology enables the proposed system.its architecture is based on Cloud Computing for the Blind concept. This ensures 24/7 support for service delivery. Solution is realized in the form of a mobile application that uses Bluetooth Beacon technology and gives to users needed informations for guidance at the bus terminal in Croatia. Having the ability to notify users in real time will increase the level of autonomy and safety while moving through traffic network.
