Abstract
Nova upravljačka rješenja iz domene ITS-a za upravljanje cestovnom mrežom zahtijevaju kvalitetne mjerne podatke o stanju prometnice. Potrebni podaci se dobivaju korištenjem različitih osjetila za mjerenje prometnih parametara, no postoji problem da u slučaju kvara osjetila mjerni podaci postanu nedostupni. Takva situacija se rješava nadopunom podataka primjenom povijesnih mjernih podataka sa istog mjernog mjesta. U radu su opisani prometni parametri, napravljen je pregled postojećih osjetila za mjerenje prometnih parametara cestovne prometnice, prikazan je način arhiviranja mjernih podataka, implementirana je osnovna statistička analiza mjernih podataka te je na temelju statističke analize proračunata točnost nadopune podataka.

Parallel abstract (English)
New control solutions for traffic network management from the ITS domain demands high quality traffic data, collected directly from the road, or by using another type of approach. Data are collected by sensors created for vehicle counting. In a case of malfunction of such systems, there is a problem that data won’t be collected, i.e. data can get lost. Such a situation is resolved by updating the lost data with systems that are using historical data to adopt the system performance. In this thesis traffic parameters are described, a short overview of sensors for traffic counters is made and there is an implementation of the basic statistical analysis which is used for replacement of lost measurement data.
