Abstract

Ovaj završni rad obuhvaća sedam poglavlja koji se detaljno bave primjenom metoda upravljanja zalihama. U uvodu je objašnjeno s kakvim se poteškoćama susrećemo prilikom upravljanja zalihama te na koji način su se tijekom godina razvijale različite metode koje olakšavaju taj proces. Drugim poglavljem objašnjen je sam pojam zaliha te vrste s kojima se susrećemo dok su u trećem poglavlju detaljno objašnjene pojedine metode upravljanja zalihama. U četvrtom poglavlju dani su primjeri uspješnog i neuspješnog uvođenja Enterprise Resource Planninga tzv. ERP-a kao jedne od suvremenih metoda upravljanja zalihama. Peto poglavlje pojašnjava značenje zaliha u cijelom opskrbnom lancu. Značenje je bitno jer je iz njega vidljiva svrha samih metoda za upravljanje zalihama. Šestim poglavljem stavlja se naglasak na informatičku podršku u suvremeno doba. U posljednjem dijelu „Zaključku“ dana je sinteza rezultata istraživanja kojima je dokazivana postavljena radna hipoteza.

Abstract (english)

This final work consists of five chapters which in detail explain implementation of Methods for Inventory Management. In the introduction states difficulties that we encounter during managing inventory and in which way were developed different methods that ease that process. Second chapter explains the term of inventory itself while third chapter explains in detail each method for inventory management. The fourth chapter gives examples of succesfull and unsuccesfull ERP implementation like one of the modern methods of inventory management. Fifth chapter clarifies meaning of inventory in whole supply chain. Meaning is important because from meaning we can see the purpose of methods for inventory management. With sixth chapter focus is placed on IT support in modern age. The final section, "Conclusion", explains the synthesis of the results of research which proved the appointed work hypothesis.
