Abstract
Korištenje prometnog sustava dio je svakodnevnog života, no nažalost, tijekom godina time dolazi do povećanja stradalih osoba i velike financijske štete uzrokovane prometnim nesrećama. Svaka nesreća iza sebe ostavlja i veliki financijski gubitak, po nekim proračunima svake godine prometne nesreće uzrokuju velike stvarne društveno-ekonomske troškova u iznosu od dva posto BDP-a Europske unije. Kako bi se povećala postojeća razina sigurnosti promatrane cestovne mreže, potrebno je razviti odgovarajući plan investiranja u provođenje definiranih mjera sanacije na promatranim cestovnim segmentima, pri čemu je potrebno definirati i prioritet provođenja pojedinih mjera. U radu je napravljena komparativna analiza metode izrade planova investiranja u cestovnu sigurnost, te su opisani postupci i metode za donošenje odluke, kao i analiza kriterija koji se uzimaju u obzir prilikom odabira pojedinih mjera. Predstavljena je optimalna metoda planiranja mjera za podizanje razine sigurnosti cestovnog prometa koja uzima u obzir širi skup kriterija koji se vrednuju prilikom izrade planova za održavanje prometnica. Rangiranjem utvrđenih opasnih mjesta na temelju utvrđenih vrijednosti omjera koristi i troškova utvrđuje se konačna tablicu i kartu prioriteta za provođenje definiranih mjera sanacije na pojedinim segmentima promatrane cestovne mreže.

Using the transport system is part of everyday life, but unfortunately, over the years, thus there is an increase of casualties and major financial damages caused by traffic accidents. Every accident elaves behind a large financial loss, according to some calculations every year traffic accidents cause major socio-economic costs in the amount of two percent of GDP in the European Union. To increase the existing level of safety on observed road network, it is necessary to deevlop an adequate plan to invest in the implementation of the defined measures of remediation on the observed road segments, where it is necessary to define the priorities and to implement specific measures. In this paper, The paper gives a comparative analysis of the methods of making plans to invest in road safety, and provides procedures and methods for making the decision, as well as analysis of criteria that are taken into consideration in selection of individual measures. Optimal method of planning measures is presented to raise the level of road safety that takes into consideration a wider set of criteria that is evaluated when making plans for the maintenance of roads. Ranking determined dangerous places on the basis of established values of the ratio of costs and benefits is determined by the final table and map priorities for implementation of the defined measures of remediation on certain segments of the observed road network.
