Abstract

Svrha istraživanja je definiranje regulatornog okvira Jedinstvenog europskog neba uspostavljenog kroz SES1 II i SES 2+ regulatorne pakete te analiza utjecaja na interoperabilnost sustava ATM2 mreže, organizaciju i korištenje europskog zračnog prostora. Temeljem istraživanja dostupne literature utvrđena je primjena postojećih regulativa i njihov utjecaj na poboljšanje upravljanja zračnim prometom. Također, komparativnom analizom oba regulatorna paketa (SES II i SES 2+) moguće je identificirati prednosti i mane postojećih s novim regulativama koje će ukazati na moguće unapređenje operativnog aspekta ATM-a i bolju koordinaciju usluga u zračnoj plovidbi.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of the research is to define the regulatory framework of the Single European Sky set up by the SES II and SES 2+ regulatory packages and analysis of the impact on the interoperability of system ATM network, organization and use of european airspace. Based on research of available literature, it is determined application of existing regulations and their impact on improving ATM. Also, with a comparative analysis of both regulatory packages (SES II and SES 2+) it is possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the existing with the new regulations which will indicate the possible improvement of the operational aspects of ATM and better coordination of air navigation services.
