Abstract
U ovom radu analizirani su tradicionalni i suvremeni izvori električne energije na zrakoplovu. Rad sadrži šest poglavlja te popis literature, slika i kazalo oznaka i kratica. U uvodnom poglavlju opisani su razvojni pravci prema suvremenim izvorima električne energije. U drugom poglavlju završnog rada opisani su kemijski izvori električne energije. Analiza je podijeljena u dva dijela koji se odnose na primarne izvore (galvanski članci) i sekundarne izvore (akumulatore), koji su podijeljeni na vrste akumulatora: olovni, nikal-kadmij, nikal-željezo, srebro-cink, te potpoglavlja: kapacitet i smještaj akumulatora. U trećem poglavlju analizirani su zrakoplovni generatori, a analiza je podijeljena na dva dijela koji se odnose na generatore istosmjerne struje i generatore izmjenične struje. U prvom potpoglavlju je opisana podjela DC generatora i njihovi regulacijski sklopovi, a u drugom potpoglavlju su opisana dva generatora: generator stabilne frekvencije i sinkroni beskontaktni AC generator. U četvrtom poglavlju navedeni su i kratko opisani izvori električne energije u nuždi, kao što su: APU, EPU/GPU, RAT/ADG, EPU i hidraulička pumpa. Peto poglavlje analizira glavnu temu ovog rada,a to su suvremeni izvori električne energije. Analizirani su kemijski i mehanički izvori koji nalaze ili će naći upotrebu u zrakoplovstvu. Takvi izvori su VRLA baterije, litij-ionske i litij-polimer baterije, gorive ćelije, DC alternator, visoko-izlazni generator, te AC generator stabilne i nestabilne frekvencije. U šestom, završnom poglavlju, iznesena su zaključna razmatranja ovog istraživanja.

Parallel abstract (English)
This thesis analysed the traditional and modern sources of electric energy on aircraft. It consists of six chapters, a list of references, images and a list of abbreviations. The introductory chapter summarizes the development directions from contemporary sources of electricity. The second chapter of the dissertation describes the chemical sources of electricity. The analysis is divided into two parts relating to primary sources (galvanic cells) and secondary sources (batteries), which are divided into types of batteries: lead-acid, nickel-cadmium, nickel-iron, silver-zinc, and under sections: capacity and accommodation of batteries. The third chapter reviews the aviation generators. The analysis is divided into two parts relating to the direct current and alternating current generators. The first section is the division of the DC generator and its control circuits, and the second sub-section describes two generators: constant frequency generator and synchronous brushless AC generator. In the fourth chapter are listed and briefly described sources of electricity in an emergency, such as: APU, EPU/GPU, RAT/ADG, EPU and hydraulic pump. The fifth chapter analyzes the main topic of this work – modern sources of electricity. There are analyzed the chemical and mechanical sources which are or will find use in aviation. Such sources are VRLA batteries, lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries, fuel cells, DC generator, a high-ouput generator and Ac generator of stable and unstable frekquency. In sixth and final chapter are presented the final conclusions of this study.
