Abstract
„Jedinstveno europsko nebo“ (engl. Single European Sky - SES) jest inicijativa kojom Europska komisija primjenom zakonodavnih okvira nastoji kontrolirati budući razvoj zračnog prometa u aspektima sigurnosti, mrežnih kapaciteta, isplativosti i utjecaja na okoliš. Takvi regulatorni okviri odgovor su Europske komisije na brzi rast zračnog prometa kroz zadnja dva desetljeća. U radu se provodi pojedinačna analiza implementacije „Jedinstvenog europskog neba“ u Republici Hrvatskoj i Republici Slovačkoj. Na osnovi izvršenih analiza, identificiraju se prednosti i mane pojedinačnih sustava te se analizira struktura ATM sustava u obje države. Na temelju usporedne analize definiraju se karakteri definiranih projekata i procedura implementacije „Jedinstvenog europskog neba“ u obje države.

„Single European Sky“ is an initiative provided by the European Commission which seeks to control future development of air transport in the aspects of safety, network capacity, cost-effectiveness and environmental impact by applying the legislative framework. Such a regulatory frameworks are answer of the European Commission on the rapid growth of air traffic in the last two decades. The paper deals with individual analysis of implementation of the "Single European Sky" in the Republic of Croatia and the Slovak Republic. Based on the analysis, it's possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of individual systems and examin the structure of the ATM systems in both countries. On the basis of the comparative analysis it's possible to state the characters of defined projects and procedures of implementation of "Single European Sky" in both countries.
