Abstract
Autocesta je najviša klasa javnih cesta kapaciteta preko 14 000 vozila/dan, namijenjena sigurnom prometovanju vozila velikim brzinama. Republika Hrvatska ima 11 autocesta čijom mrežom gospodare 4 društva: HAC – 925,8 km, ARZ – 187 km, Bina Istra – 141 km, AZM 60 km. Radi sigurnosti u prometu neophodno je da autoceste sadrže prateće uslužne objekte. Njihov se sustav opskrbe vozila i vozača primarnim te ostalim uslugama mora uklapati u sustav autocesta s određenim modelom naplate cestarine. Uz sigurnost, koja je na prvom mjestu, prateći uslužni objekti moraju uz propisane usluge odisati atraktivnošću koja bi mamila vozače i turiste na korištenje autocesta. Rad će analizirati prijedlog modela tipizacije, lociranja i oblikovanja PUO uz hrvatske autoceste te dati odgovore na određena pitanja i problematiku koja se postavlja, upravo radi poticanja korištenja autocesta što, u konačnici, ima za rezultat veći gospodarski razvoj.

With capacity over 14 000 vehicles per day, motorway is highest class of public roads which purpose is safe traveling in vehicles at high speed. Croatia has 11 highways and it’s network consists of 4 companies. They are: HAC - 925,8 km, ARZ - 187 km, Bina Istra - 141 km and AZM - 60 km. To ensure safety in traffic it is necessary that highways have following service facilities. Their system with primary and other services must fit into highway with a particular model of toll collection system. Beside safety, following service facilities must be attractive to lure drivers and tourists on using highways. This work will analyse proposal of standardisation, locating and shaping model of following service facilities on Croatian highways and give answers on certain questions and issues which are there just to increase use of highways and ensure bigger economic growth at the end.
