Abstract
Tema završnog rada je Model utvrđivanja razine minimalne zalihe na primjeru tvrtke Zara. Kao podloga praktičnom dijelu rada obrađen je teorijski aspekt o modelima upravljanja zalihama u logistici, te njihovo planiranje u modnoj industriji. Glavna zadaća logistike je upravljanje tokom materijala unutar logističkog lanca. Glavni ciljevi logistike su optimizacija troškova i ispunjenje zahtjeva korisnika. Planiranje i kontrola zaliha je jedna od najvažnijih operativnih zadaća u logistici poduzeća zbog toga što zalihe izazivaju znatne troškove i utječu na sigurnost opskrbe proizvodnje i kupaca, pa je bitno na pravilan način upravljati tim zalihama. Prikazana je uspješna strategija upravljanja zalihama na primjeru tvrtke Zara.

Parallel abstract (English)
The subject of this research is Model for determining level of minimum stock – case study Zara. As basis of the practical work it is discussed theoretical aspect about model for determining level of stock in logistics and it’s planning in fashion industry. The main task of the logistics is managing the flow of materials within the logistics chain. The main objective of logistics is the optimization of costs and meeting customer requirements. Planning and inventory control is one of the most important operational tasks in logistics companies because supplies cause substantial costs and affect the security of production and customers, so it is important to properly manage these supplies. It is shown the successful operative management on the example of the company Zara.
