Abstract
Logističko-distributivni centar je sustav koji u fizičkom i organizacijskom smislu predstavlja vezu između proizvodnje i tržišta stoga je optimizacija procesa i kontrola funkcioniranja skladišnog poslovanja temelj za značajne financijske uštede i uštede resursa. Skladištenje robe je vrlo odgovoran zadatak jer se nepravilnim skladištenjem upropaštava roba i povećavaju troškovi poslovanja. Svrha provedenog istraživanja u ovom diplomskom radu očituje se u analiziranju postojećeg načina skladišnog poslovanja poduzeća kroz ostvareni efekt rada u skladištu, produktivnost rada, racionalnost rasporeda robe u skladištu, definiranju ograničavajućih čimbenika procesa skladištenja te prijedlogu načina za otklanjanje ili umanjivanje uočenih nedostataka u skladišnim procesima i analizi mogućnosti koje bi doprinijele povećanju učinka, optimizaciji troškova i unapređenju ukupnog poslovanja. Analizom skladišnog procesa prijema poduzeća utvrđeno je da se jedno od mogućih poboljšanja poslovanja logističko-distribucijskog centra promatrane trgovačke tvrtke očituje kroz promjenu načina naručivanja robe što će se odraziti i na redukciju broja tura internog (paušalnog) kamiona. Prednosti predloženog načina naručivanja robe za LDC trgovačke tvrtke su niži troškovi paušalnog kamiona, niži troškovi ljudskih resursa te niži troškovi ne isporuke robe prema poslovnicama. Prednost ovakvog načina naručivanja robe za dobavljače se očituje u kraćem vremenskom zadržavanju u LDC-u. S obzirom da je moguće predloženim načinom poboljšanja optimizirati troškove koji nastaju pri uporabi paušalnog kamiona tijekom naručivanja i prijema robe, proizlazi zaključak da je moguće ostvariti uštede i na ostalim odjelima LDC-a koji uključuju uporabu paušalnog kamiona.

Logistics - distribution center is a system which represents the link between production and the market in physical and organizational terms. Therefore, the optimization of processes and controls operation of the storage business is foundation for significant financial and resource savings. Warehousing and storage is a very responsible task. The inappropriate storage can cause ruining goods and increasing operating costs. The aim of this research is reflected in the analysis of existing methods of warehouse operations enterprise achieved through the effect of working in warehouse labor productivity, rational distribution of goods in the warehouse, defining the limiting factors of the process of storage and proposed ways to eliminate or minimize the identified deficiencies in the warehouse processes and analysis of opportunities that would contribute to increasing the impact, optimizing costs and improving the overall business. The analysis of the receiving storage process determined that possible way to improve business of observed retail company is a change in the method of ordering goods. The change in ordering goods will be reflected in the reduction of number of internal truck tours. Advantages of the proposed way of ordering goods for LDC retail companiy are lower costs of internal truck, lower costs of human resources and lower costs when LDC do not supply goods to the branches. The advantage of this method of ordering goods for suppliers is reflected in a shorter period of retention in the LDC. Since it is possible to optimize the proposed method of improving the costs incurred in the use internal truck during the ordering and receipt of goods, that leads to the conclusion that it is possible to achieve savings in other departments of LDC which involves the use of internal trucks.
