Abstract

Tehnička ispravnost motornih vozila je važan preduvjet za pravilno funkcioniranje cestovnog prometa. Obavezan tehnički pregled je pokazatelj ispravnosti motornih vozila na području Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije. Tehnički pregled motornih vozila podrazumijeva pregled svakog pojedinog dijela vozila te obaveznu provjeru ispušnih plinova. Emisije ispušnih plinova regulirane su posebnim Euro standardima. Takvi standardi ograničavaju emisije otrovnih plinova kao što su ugljični monoksid (CO), dušični oksidi (NOx), sumporovi oksidi (SO2) te ugljikovodici (HC). Kod dizel motora dodatno se ograničava i količina čestica. Eko test benzinskih i dizelskih motora je sastavni dio redovnog tehničkog pregleda motornih vozila. Eko test se obavlja zbog opasnosti od utjecaja cestovnog prometa na okoliš i ljudsko zdravlje. U radu se definiraju ograničenja emisija štetnih tvari po Euro standardima, te se analizira postupak tehničkog pregleda. Također, opisuju se način rada pri Eko testu te se analizira ekološka podobnost motornih vozila.

Abstract (english)

Technical correctness of motor vehicles is an important requirement for proper functioning of road transport. Obligatory technical examination is an indicator of correctness of motor vehicles on territory of Republic of Croatia and European Union. Technical examination includes complet check of all parts of vehicle and obligatory check of exhaust gases. Exhaust gas emissions are regulated by specific Euro standards. This kind od standards limit emissions of toxic gases like carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulpfur oxides (SOx) and hydrocarbons (HC). Diesel engines are also regulated by emissions of particulate matter. Eco test examines vehicles because of the dangerous infulence on human health and environment. Eco test of petrol and diesel engines is integral part of regular tehnical ispection of motor vehicles. Restrictions of emissions of toxic gases are explained in the work. It is also explained how Eco test is implemented and analysis of eco-friendliness.
