Abstract

Ovaj rad se fokusira na globalni sustav izvješćivanja o stanju uzletno-sletnih staza. Rad
istražuje kako globalni sustav izvješćivanja doprinosi sigurnosti zračnog prometa, njegovu
praktičnu primjenu te prednosti i izazove. Obuhvaćeni su ključni standardi i preporuke kao što
su matrica procjene stanja uzletno-sletne staze. Metodologije uspostavljene od strane
Međunarodne organizacije civilnog zrakoplovstva, kao i alati i tehnike za procjenu stanja
staze. Rad također istražuje kako se informacije ažuriraju i prilagođavaju u različitim
kontekstima. Kroz primjer zračne luke Torino, prikazana je praktična implementacija
globalnog sustava izvješćivanja. U ovom radu je pruženo dublje razumijevanje i evaluacija
globalnog sustava izvješćivanja kako bi se unaprijedila sigurnost i učinkovitost zračnog
prometa.

Abstract (english)

This paper focuses on the global reporting format for the condition of runways. The study
explores how this system contributes to air traffic safety, its practical application, and its
advantages and challenges. Included are key standards and recommendations, such as the
runway condition assessment matrix. Methodologies set by the International Civil Aviation
Organization, as well as tools and techniques for assessing runway conditions, are also
covered. The paper further investigates how information is updated and adapted in various
contexts. Through the example of Turin Airport, the practical implementation of this global
reporting system is demonstrated. This study provides a deeper understanding and evaluation
of the global reporting system to enhance the safety and efficiency of air traffic.
