Abstract

Radiotelefonska komunikacija je jedna od osnovnih letačkih operacija. Razgovor između pilota i kontrolora zračnog prometa mora biti maksimalno profesionalan uz korištenje stručne radiotelekomunikacijske frazeologije. Korištenjem frazeologije, koja je standardizirana, tj. propisana od strane Međunarodne organizacije za civilno zrakoplovstvo (ICAO), smanjuje se broj nesreća uvjetovan komunikacijom na minimum. U ovome radu snimljena je komunikacija studenata pilota Fakulteta prometnih znanosti tijekom letova. Nakon letova uslijedilo je anketiranje te na kraju analiza samih pogrešaka načinjenih od strane studenata ili kontrolora zračnog prometa. Cijeli razgovor letova transkribiran je na kraju rada, ispravljene su radiotelefonske greške, detaljno analizirane i sukladno vrsti pogreške podijeljene u skupine. Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati razinu korištenja frazeologije od strane studenata Fakulteta prometnih znanosti.

Abstract (english)

Radiotelephony communication forms the basis of flight operations. The conversation between the pilot and the air traffic controller must be as professional as possible with the use of professional radiotelephony communication. By using standardized phraseology prescribed by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) the number of accidents due to communication is reduced to a minimum. In this paper, the communication of student pilots of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences was recorded during flights. The flights were followed by a survey and finally an analysis of the mistakes made by students or air traffic controllers was made. The entire flight conversation was transcribed at the end of the paper, radiotelephony errors were corrected and then analyzed in detail and divided into groups according to the type of error. The aim of this work is to present the use of phraseology by students of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences.
