Abstract

Prostor slobodnih ruta je određeni zračni prostor unutar kojeg korisnici ne koriste fiksne rute već sami izabiru rutu između ulazno-izlaznih točaka unutar zračnog prostora. Uvođenje prostora slobodnih ruta dovelo je do povećanja efikasnosti prometa, kapaciteta i smanjenja štetnog utjecaja na okoliš. Daljni ciljevi su također i optimizirati korištenje postojećih i budućih sustava za zrakoplove u letu kao i financijske i operativne prednosti za korisnike zračnog prostora. Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je bila analizirati i opisati dosadašnje stanje i razinu implementacije zračnih prostora slobodnih ruta. U radu je posebice analizirana struktura zračnog prostora slobodnih ruta Inicijative za zajedničko jugoistočno nebo SECSI FRA (engl. South East Common Sky Initiative FRA) te struktura susjednog prostora slobodnih ruta Italije FRAIT (engl. Free Route Italy). U programu NEST (Network Strategic Tool) je simulirana integracija SECSI FRA i FRAIT. Analiziran je i procijenjen utjecaj takve integracije na prometne tokove uključenog područja kao i utjecaj na potrošnju goriva i emisije štetnih plinova. Dodatno je prikazan utjecaj integracije na prometne tokove kroz LDZOCTA.

Abstract (english)

Free Route Airspace is a certain airspace within which users do not use fixed routes but choose their own route between entry and exit points within the airspace. The introduction of free route airspaces led to an increase in traffic efficiency, capacity and a reduction in the harmful impact on the environment. Further goals are also to optimize the use of existing and future aircraft systems in flight as well as financial and operational benefits for airspace users. The purpose of this master's thesis was to analyze and describe the current state and level of implementation of free route airspaces. The structure of the SECSI FRA and the structure of FRAIT was analyzied. The integration of SECSI FRA and FRAIT was simulated in the Network Strategic Tool (NEST) program. The impact of such integration on the traffic flows of the involved area and on the fuel consumption and the emission of harmful gases was analyzed and assesed. Additionally, the impact of the integration on traffic flows through LDZOCTA was shown.
