Abstract

U radu su analizirani kriteriji za dodjelu prioriteta vlakovima odnosno kojim redoslijedom će vlakovi dobivati prioritet za dolazak, odlazak ili prolazak kroz službeno mjesto na pruzi. Obrađuju se različitosti kriterija Hrvatskih željeznica (HŽ), Španjolskih željeznica (ADIF) i Poljskih željeznica (PKP-PLK) te negativan utjecaj tih postojećih pravila na kvalitetu prometa. Obrađuju se neformalna pravila koja se koriste u regulaciji željezničkog prometa, a koja bi uvelike poboljšala propusnu moć pruge i kvalitetu prometa da se uvrste na popis kriterija za dodjelu prioriteta vlakovima.

Abstract (english)

The paper analyzes the criteria for assigning priority to trains, in which order trains will receive priority for arrival, departure or passing through an official station on the railway. The differences in the criteria of Croatian Railways (HŽ), Spanish Railways (ADIF) and Polish Railways (PKP-PLK) and the negative impact of these existing rules on traffic quality are discussed. Then the unwritten rules that are used in the regulation of railway traffic are processed, and which would greatly improve the throughput capacity of the railway and the quality of traffic if they were to be included in the list of criteria for assigning priority to trains.
