Abstract

Pod organiziranjem prometnih tokova podrazumijeva se sustavan način kretanja tokova u prometnim mrežama s ciljem optimalnog korištenja mreže s minimalnim troškovima odvijanja prometa. Pogrešna regulacija prometnih tokova koja uzrokuje nepotrebna presijecanja prometnih tokova dovodi do stvaranja repova čekanja, posebno na trakovima za skretanje ulijevo. U gradskoj četvrti Škopinac u Šibeniku prisutan je problem nepotrebnog presijecanja na nekoliko lokacija, odnosno raskrižjima pojedinih ulica, što dovodi do zagušenja u vršnom satu. Kao rješenje problema predlaže se promjena usmjerenja nekoliko ulica koje bi dovela do potpune promjene regulacije i organizacije tokova u cijeloj četvrti. Rješenje je temeljeno na proračuna presijecanja, a prikazan je i koncepcijski prijedlog novog usmjerenja mreže, te idejna prometna rješenja ključnih elementa mreže. Svrha i cilj ovog diplomskog rada je da se promjenom usmjerenja smanji intenzitet presijecanja tokova i optimizira odvijanje prometa na području gradske četvrti.

Abstract (english)

The organization of vehicle flow rate implies a systematic way of vehicle movement in road networks with the object of an optimal use of the network with minimum cost of traffic flow. Incorrect regulation of traffic flow rate causing unnecessary intersections of traffic flows leads to the formation of queue lengths, especially in the left-turn lanes. In the district of Škopinac in Šibenik there exists a problem of unnecessary intersections at several locations, or at particular street crossings leading to congestion during peak hour. The proposed solution to the problem would be changing the direction of several roads which would lead to a complete change of regulation and organization of vehicle flows throughout the area. The solution is based on a calculation intersections, and the conceptual proposal of the new direction of road network is presented along with the preliminary traffic solutions of the key elements of the network. The aim of this thesis is to reduce the intensity of intersections of vehicle flows and optimize the traffic flow in the area of the district.
