Abstract

Organizirani sustav je najbitniji element za uspješno funkcioniranje tvrtke. Pravilnim i pravovremenim održavanjem uz kvalitetnu organizaciju sustav djeluje na najvišoj razini čime se doprinosi optimalnom funkcioniranju cjelokupne tvrtke te se samim time omogućuje da tvrtka postiže maksimalnu radnu učinkovitost. Glavni cilj završnog rada je ukazati na važnost organizacije sustava održavanja voznog parka te kako ona utječe na tehničku ispravnost i učinkovitost tvrtke. Rad prikazuje profil podružnice Zrinjevac te vozni park iste odnosno od čega se sastoji. Analiziran je trenutni sustav organizacije te je na temelju rezultata dan prijedlog mjera za poboljšanje.

Abstract (english)

An organized system is the most essential element for the successful functioning of the company. With proper, on time maintenance and quality organization, the system works at the highest level, which contributes to the optimal functioning of the entire company and thus enables the company to achieve maximum work efficiency. The main goal of the final paper is to point out the importance of the management of the fleet maintenance system and how it affects the roadworthiness and efficiency of the company. The paper shows the profile of the Zrinjevac branch and its fleet, i.e. what it consists of. The current system of the organization was analysed, based on the results, a proposal for improvement measures was made.
