Abstract
Trendovi razvoja upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u vrijeme globalizacije tržišta upućuju da ova djelatnost zauzima sve važnije mjesto u razvoju suvremenih poduzeća koja se nastoje razvijati i imati konkurentan položaj na tržištu. Utjecaj razvoja i upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u smislu ostvarenje postavljenih ciljeva poduzeća postaje strateška djelatnost kojom se nastoje povezati strateški ciljevi poduzeća s organizacijskom strukturom, kadrovskim i tehnološkim razvojem poduzeća. U tom smislu a tiče se ljudskog faktora istraživanja ukazuju da se osobni interesi pojedinaca i skupina moraju podrediti organizacijskim ciljevima poduzeća u kojem djeluju. Često se događa da ne postoji optimalna suradnja između različitih odjela zaduženih za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima na nivou poduzeća što može dovesti do zakašnjele reakcije i nastanka nepovratne štete. Za rješavanje ovog problema napravljeno je istraživanje na primjeru logističko-distribucijskog poduzeća AWT International d.o.o. koje se bavi distribucijom robe široke potrošnje na području Republike Hrvatske. Primjenom i razvojem informacijske tehnologije na razini poduzeća formiraju se analitička izviješća koja postaju glavni indikator nastanka problema (zastoja u sustavu). Analizom aktivnosti na primjeru djelatnika i logističkih procesa detektiraju se glavni elementi koji postaju poveznica, i trebaju činiti polazište za izgradnju integralnog sustava upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Izgradnja ovakvog sustava trebala bi u konačnici osigurati znatne napretke u smislu razvoja poduzeća i znatne uštede u poslovanju. Istraživanje vezano za predviđanje i budući razvoj djelatnosti upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima ukazuju da su voditelji ovih odjela svjesni važnosti ove djelatnosti ali da još uvijek nedovoljno koriste sve mogućnosti. Razlog tome su nedovoljno ulaganje poduzeća u razvoj i obrazovanje ljudskih potencijala, nerazvijena informacijska tehnologija i spora prilagodba poduzeća globalnim promjenama i promjenama u društvu općenito.

Development trends in human resources management at a time of market globalisation indicate that this activity is taking up an increasingly important position in the development of modern enterprises that are trying to develop and be competitive on the market. The influence of developing and managing human resources in the sense of realising the established objectives is becoming a strategic activity trying to connect the strategic objectives of the enterprise with the organisational structure and with the staff and technology development of the enterprise. In this sense, and concerning the human factor, research has shown that the personal interests of individuals and groups must be secondary to the organisational objectives of the enterprise in which they work. Often there is no optimal cooperation between the various departments in charge of managing human resources on the level of the enterprise, which can lead to a delayed reaction and irreversible damage. In order to resolve this issue, research was carried out on the example of the logistical and distribution enterprise of AWT International d.o.o. which deals in distributing consumer goods in the Republic of Croatia. By applying and developing information technology on the level of the enterprise, analytical reports are formed and they become the main indicator of the emergence of issues (system delays). By analysing activities on the example of employees and logistical processes, main elements are detected which then become the link and are to be the starting point for creating an integral system of human resource management. Creating this system should eventually ensure considerable progress in the sense of developing an enterprise, as well as significant savings in business activities. Research regarding the anticipation and future development of the activity of human resources management indicates that the managers of these departments are aware of the importance of this activity, but they do not yet use all the possibilities sufficiently. The reason for this are insufficient investments of the enterprise in the development and education of human resources, underdeveloped information technology and slow adjustment of enterprises to global changes and changes in society in general.
