Abstract

Vozni red je skup podataka koji određuje sve planirane vožnje vlakova i željezničkih vozila na određenoj infrastrukturi tijekom vremenskog razdoblja za koji vrijedi. Voznim redom usklađuju se prijevozne potrebe podnositelja zahtjeva za dodjelu infrastrukturnog kapaciteta s raspoloživim infrastrukturnim kapacitetima upravitelja infrastrukture. Kvalitetan vozni red sastavni je dio prijevozne ponude koja uspješno odgovara na prijevoznu potražnju. Današnja izrada voznog reda ne zadovoljava potrebe korisnika te su se države članice Europske unije odlučile na promjenu postupka izrade voznog reda i planiranje kapaciteta kako bi se povećala konkurentnost željezničkog tržišta. Rok za promjenu postupka izrade voznog reda je kraj 2025. godine. Trenutno se provodi nekoliko Pilot projekta i pred zemljama Europske unije je veliki izazov kako ispuniti svoje obaveze i omogućiti uspješnu implementaciju novog postupka izrade voznog reda.

Abstract (english)

A timetable is a set of data defining all planned trains and rolling stocks on a given infrastructure during the period of time for which it is valid. The need for the transport of infrastructure capacity applicants should be consistent with the available infrastructure capacity of the infrastructure manager. Quality timetables are essential components of a transportation offer that successfully responds to transportation demand. Today's capacity of the timetable does not satisfy user needs, and the Member States of the European Union decided to redesign the international railway timetabling process and to plan the capacity to increase the competitiveness of the rail market. The deadline for the redesign of the timetable is the end of 2025. Several pilot projects are currently being performed and a major challenge for the member states is to fulfil their obligations in order to enable successful implementation of the timetable redesign.
