Abstract

Optimizacija voznog parka poslovne organizacije ima signifikantan utjecaj na ostvarivanje ušteda u poslovanju prijevozničkih tvrtki. Elementi upravljanja voznim parkom (eng. Fleet Management) uz strukturirani pristup procesu angažiranja vanjskih prijevoznika, te evaluaciju prednosti i nedostataka angažiranja vanjskih prijevoznika, stvaraju temelj za određivanje optimalnog voznog parka poslovne organizacije. Na temelju prognoze potražnje za uslugama prijevoza u predstojećem razdoblju, te uz kriterij minimalnih ukupnih troškova prijevoza, određen je optimalni sastav voznog parka, odnosno optimalni udjel angažiranja vanjskih prijevoznika i optimalni broj vlastitih vozila prijevozničke tvrtke.

Abstract (english)

The optimization of the business organization's fleet has a significant impact on the realization of savings in the operations of transport companies. Elements of fleet management with a structured approach to the process of hiring external carriers, and evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of hiring external carriers, create the basis for determining the optimal fleet of the business organization. Based on the forecast of demand for transport services in the forthcoming period, and with the criterion of minimum total transport costs, the optimal composition of the fleet was determined, i.e., the optimal share of hiring external carriers and the optimal number of own vehicles of the transport company.
