Abstract

Planiranje predstavlja rezultat stalnog napretka znanosti, tehnike i tehnologije, te zahtjeva svjesno upravljanje i organizirani pristup budućem razdoblju. Ono je aktivnost kojom se unaprijed zacrtavaju zadaci koje treba ostvariti u budućem razdoblju. Postupak planiranja razvoja luka i terminala je izrazito složen i odgovoran posao jer se temelji na predviđanjima koja je uglavnom teško procijeniti te zahtjeva interdisciplinarni rad iz različitih područja, dobru organizaciju, odgovornost i obaveze planerskog tima. Metodologiju planiranja razvoja luka i terminala uvijek treba definirati po redoslijedu izvedbe pojedinačnih planova, jer o tome ovisi realnost kako pojedinačnih tako i ukupnog plana. Za rješenje ovog problema metodologija planiranja je detaljno definirana po redoslijedu izvedbe pojedinačnih planova, te su provedene analize razvojnih planova i najznačajnijih projekata luka od osobitog (međunarodnog) gospodarskog interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku.

Abstract (english)

Planning is defined as the result of continuous improvement of science, technique and technology. It requires conscious management and organized access to future periods. This activity will outline tasks, which need to be achieved in future times. The process of planning and development of ports and terminals is meaningly a complex and responsible task because it is based on slightly predictable forecasts. Furthermore, it takes interdisciplinary work from different areas, good organization, responsibility and commitment of the team. Reality of both individual and all plans together depends on planning methodology and development of ports and terminals which always have to be defined based on the order of execution. As the key of solving this problem, methodology of planning is defined in detail throughout the order of execution of individual plans. Therefore, conducted analysis of development plans and the most significant projects of ports represent particular (international) economical interest for the Republic of Croatia.
