Abstract

Nabava je jedna od osnovnih poslovnih funkcija u poduzeću. U ovom radu pobliže je objašnjen sami pojam nabave, kao i njezina svrha i ciljevi. Tkođer je detaljnije objašnjen proces nabave sa svojim elementima. Provedena je analiza logističkih procesa nabave na primjeru poduzeća Mirakul Weine GmbH koje se bavi nabavom hrvatskih vina te distribucijom istih na švicarskom tržištu te su predloženi elementi unaprjeđenja poslovanja, usmjereni na sam sustav nabave. Sukladno načinu poslovanja poduzeća rečeno je nešto o karakteristikama, prednostima, ali i nedostacima e-trgovine.

Abstract (english)

No company can operate without a procurement function because procurement is one of the basic business functions in a company. This paper will explain in more detail the very concept of procurement, as well as its purpose and objectives. The procurement process with its elements will be explained in more detail. An analysis of logistics procurement processes will be carried out on the example of Mirakul Weine GmbH, which deals with the procurement of Croatian wines and their distribution on the Swiss market, and elements of business improvement will be proposed, focused on the procurement system itself. In accordance with the way the company operates, something will be said about the characteristics, advantages, but also disadvantages of e-commerce.
