Abstract

Povratna logistika predstavlja obrnuti tok kretanja robe. Glavni zadaci u sustavu povrata su sakupljanje, provjera, selekcija, sortiranje te recikliranje ili odlaganje proizvoda u povratu. Prikupljanje proizvoda odvija se na prodajnim mjestima gdje je kupac kupio proizvod, a nakon što prođe kroz sve potrebne aktivnosti, može se redistribuirati s ciljem postizanja njegove najveće moguće vrijednosti. Nekorišten proizvod vraća se u prodaju, korišteni se usmjeravaju u outlet trgovine, na sekundarna tržišta te u druge kanale. Maloprodaja danas ima određene glavne funkcije, a to su osiguravanje asortimana proizvoda i usluga, razlaganje velikih količina proizvoda u manje prema potrebama kupca, držanje zaliha te pružanja usluga za lakšu kupnju i korištenje proizvoda. Povratni sustav uključuje dva osnovna koncepta strukture povrata, centralizirani i decentralizirani sustav. Razlozi povrata proizvoda postaju sve opširniji, a svaka tvrtka određuje svoja pravila. Prikazana je analiza sustava povrata maloprodajne tvrtke namještaja, a na temelju istraživanja predložena su moguća unapređenja istog.

Abstract (english)

Return logistics represents the reverse flow of goods. The main tasks in the return system are collecting, checking, selecting, sorting and recycling or disposing of returned products. Product collection takes place at points of sale where the customer has purchased the product, and after going through all the necessary activities, it can be redistributed with the aim of achieving its maximum possible value. Unused product is returned for sale, directed to outlet stores, secondary markets and other channels. Retail today has certain main functions, which are to provide a range of products and services, to break down large quantities of products into smaller ones according to customer needs, to keep stocks and to provide services for easier purchase and use of products. The return system includes two basic concepts of the return structure, the centralized and the decentralized system The reasons for product returns are becoming more extensive, and each company sets its own rules. The analysis of the return system of the furniture retail company is presented, and based on the research, possible improvements of the same are proposed.
