Abstract

Logističko-distribucijski centri kao bitni infrastrukturni elementi opskrbnog lanca predstavljaju mjesta visokog stupnja centralizacije robnih tokova i poslovne kooperacije. Odabir konačne lokacije logističko-distribucijskog centra od presudnog je značaja za stvaranje učinkovite distribucijske mreže. Ovaj rad obuhvaća teorijsku analizu osobina i pravila izvođenja različitih metoda za određivanje lokacije logističko-distribucijskog centra koji su aplicirani na primjeru određivanja jedne lokacije u svrhu prikazivanja složenosti postupaka i usporedbe metoda na razini sljedećih grupa: gravitacijske metode (usporedba metoda centra gravitacije i medijan), metode višekriterijskog odlučivanja (usporedba metoda AHP-e i ELECTRE) i kombinatorne metode (usporedba metoda bodovnog ocjenjivanja alternativnih lokacija i vrijednosne analize). Rezultati dobiveni izvedbom lokacijskih metoda matematičkim putem ukazuju na razlike u rezultatima primjenom pojedinih metoda, ali i na visok stupanj točnosti i konzistentnosti rješenja.

Abstract (english)

Logistics and distribution centres as important infrastructure elements of supply chain are places of high degree of centralization of cargo flows and business cooperation. A final location for logistics and distribution center is critical for creating effective distribution network. This paper includes theoretical analysis of characteristics and implementation rules of different methods for determining the location of logistics and distribution center, which are applied in the case of determining a location for the purpose of showing complexity procedures and the methods of comparison at the level of following groups: gravitational methods (comparison of Centre of gravity and Median methods), multicriteria decision making methods (copmarison of AHP's and ELECTRE methods), and combinatorial methods (comparison of scoring evaluation of alternative locations method and value analysis). The results matematically obtained from the performance of location methods indicate the differences in the results by using of certain methods, as well as a high degree of accuracy and consistency of product.
