Abstract
Donošenje kvalitetnih operativnih odluka, vezanih uz alociranje vozila u sustavima dostave robe, predstavlja preduvjet za učinkovit rad sustava. Logistički problemi koji se pritom pojavljuju mogu se svesti na probleme optimiranja, kakvi se efikasno rješavaju primjenom linearnog programiranja. Optimiranjem alokacije vozila u sustavu dostave i preuzimanja robe smanjuju se operativni troškovi, te se povećava razina usluge korisnicima. Za rješavanje problema alociranja dostavnih vozila i kreiranja optimalnih dostavnih ruta tih vozila izrađena su dva matematička modela. Upotrebom modela za alokaciju dostavnih vozila smanjuje se broj upotrjebljenih vozila za obilazak svih korisnika usluga. Upotrebom modela za rutiranje dostavnih vozila kreiraju se optimirane rute za obilazak korisnika. Usporedbom rješenja dobivenih upotrebom modela i rješenja dobivenih radom dispečera kvantificirana su ostvarena poboljšanja.

Making quality operational decisions of vehicle allocation in delivery systems is a prerequisite of optimal system performance. Logistical problems that occur can be simplified to problems of optimization, which are effectively solved by using linear programing. Optimization of vehicle allocation in delivery systems reduces operational costs, and increases the level of customer service. For solving the vehicle allocation and vehicle routing problems two mathematical models have been created. Vehicle allocation model reduces the number of allocated delivery vehicles, while the vehicle routing model optimizes the route of a delivery vehicle. Comparing the results obtained by mathematical models, and solutions given by the dispatcher, it is possible to evaluate improvements.
