Abstract

Ovaj završni rad daje uvid u utjecaj razvoja 5G mrežne tehnologije na inteligentni transportni sustav u koji je implementirana. Rad prikazuje povijest mrežnih tehnologija i ITS-a, njihovu arhitekturu i međusobno prepletanje. Na temelju analize mogućnosti koje pruža 5G mrežna tehnologija jasno je da ona pruža višestruke mogućnosti za razvoj ITS-a. Kroz studije slučaja prikazani su uspješni primjeri implementacije 5G mrežne tehnologije u prometni sustav.

Abstract (english)

This project gives insight into development of 5G network technologies and its imact on intelligent transport system its embeeded in. Project presents history of mobile technologies and ITS, their architecture and interweaving. Based on 5G networks possibility analisis, it becomes clear they provide multiple opportunities for ITS development. Throughout case studies successful examples of implementations of 5G network technologies into transportation system are shown.
