Abstract

Svrha ovog rada je ustanoviti pouzdanost složenih tehničkih sustava, statističkim metodama za izračun pouzdanosti uz pomoć softverskog alata odnosno proračunskih tablica. Kako bi se bolje približio pojam pouzdanosti, u ovom istraživanju korišten je primjer složenog tehničkog sustava s kojim smo svakodnevno u kontaktu, a to su automobili. U svrhu istraživanja korišteni su podaci prikupljani nekoliko godina na velikom broju vozila različitih proizvođača, s različitim načinima vožnje te najbitnije, različitim eksploatacijskim uvjetima kako bi uzorak bio što raznovrsniji, a time i statistički rezultat istraživanja što precizniji. Zbog velike kompleksnosti sustava kao što su vozila, kvarovi će biti sistematizirani kako bi rezultati bili što jednostavnije opisani te što više razumljivi. Definiranje i sistematizacija uzroka kvarova vršit će se na studiji slučaja društva AUTOFLOTA d.o.o. iz čije će se baze koristiti spomenuti podaci o kvarovima na vozilu odnosno prekidu rada složenog tehničkog sustava.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this work is to determine the reliability of complex technical systems, statistical methods for calculating reliability with the help of software tools i.e. spreadsheets. To better approach the concept of reliability, this research used an example of a complex technical system with which we are in daily contact, namely cars. For the purpose of this research, data was collected for several years on a large number of vehicles of different manufacturers, with different driving methods, different utilization conditions to make the sample as diverse as possible, and thus the statistical result of the survey as accurate as possible. Due to the great complexity of systems such as vehicles, dana of failures will be grouped to make the results as easily described as possible and as understandable as possible. Defining and systematization of the causes of failures will be carried out on the case study of company AUTOFLOTA d.o.o. from whose database the mentioned data on vehicle failures or the failure of a complex technical system will be used.
