Abstract

Prijevozna logistika u suvremeno doba značajnija je nego ikad prije. Navedeno je posljedica globalizacije i dislokacije proizvodnje i potrošnje. Planiranje procesa prijevozne logistike nužno je za redukciju transportnih troškova. Kriza izazvana korona virusom uzrokovala je promjene u procesu opskrbe i transportu diljem svijeta. Kaufland d.o.o., kao i sva poduzeća, borio se s krizom na specifičan način. Naime, adaptacija postaje nužna kako bi se svi logistički procesi odvijali svojim tokom, a potražnja kupaca bila zadovoljena. Potrebno je pobrinuti se da novonastala situacija ne uzrokuje zastoje poslovanja i financijske gubitke.

Abstract (english)

Transportation logistics in modern times is more important than ever before. This is a consequence of globalization and the dislocation of production and consumption. Planning the transport logistics process is necessary to reduce transport costs. The corona virus crisis has caused changes in the supply and transport process around the world. Kaufland d.o.o., like all companies, has struggled with the crisis in a specific way. Namely, adaptation becomes necessary in order for all logistics processes to take place in their course, and customer demand to be met. It is necessary to make sure that the new situation does not cause business downtime and financial losses.
