Abstract

U ovom radu prikazan je proces donošenja odluke na studiji slučaja „Neostar usluge automobilskog servisa“. Odlučivanje je misaoni proces podijeljen na pet faza te je temeljno objašnjen sa teorijskog gledišta, a zatim je prikazan na konkretnom primjeru. Uz odlučivanje se vežu razne metode istraživanja i analiza podataka, kako bi se došlo do idealnih informacija. Relevantna informacija je ključ uspješno izvedenog procesa odlučivanja. Cilj rada je pokazati implementaciju teorijskih koraka u konkretnom primjeru, te povezati stečena znanja sa različitih područja i na kreativan način pronaći najbolje rješenje zadanom problemu.

Abstract (english)

The decision-making process on a case study „Neostar car service“ is shown in this paper. Deciding is thought processs divided into five stages, and was thoroughly explained from theoretical point of view, and is shown in the specific example. It is necessary to use a variety of research methods and data analysis in decision-making process, in order to reach ideal information. Relevant information is the key to successfully processed decision-making process. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the implementation of theoretical steps in the particular case, and to link the acquired knowledge from different areas and creativity to find the best solution to a given problem.
