Abstract

Pojava virusa SARS-CoV-2 te proglašenje pandemije COVID-19 dovela je do brojnih promjena u ljudskoj svakodnevici. S druge strane uzrokovala je velike rizike i opasnost za mnoge tvrtke. Širenje virusa iz dana u dan te sve veći broj novooboljelih doveo je do niza problema pogotovo u logistici, a jedan od njih je i zatvaranje granica što je usporilo ili onemogućilo transport robe. Prilikom pojave rizika od izrazite je važnosti kvalitetna metoda upravljanja rizikom unutar opskrbnog lanca čiji je glavni cilj osigurati nesmetani tok materijala. Sukladno navedenom, cilj ovog diplomskog rada jest prikazati posljedice koje je pandemija COVID-19 imala na opskrbni lanac pivovare. Što se sve poduzelo kako bi se osigurala neprekinuta proizvodnja, distribucija i prodaja piva. Nadalje, navedene su poteškoće s kojima se pivovara susrela te koji su koraci bili nužni kako bi se poteškoće uklonile.

Abstract (english)

The emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic have led to numerous changes in human daily life. On the other hand, it has caused large risks and danger for many companies. The spread of the virus day by day and the growing number of new cases has led to a number of problems, especially in logistics, and one of them is the closure of borders, which has slowed down or prevented the transport of goods. When risks arise, a quality risk management method within the supply chain is of paramount importance, the main goal is to ensure the smooth flow of materials. Accordingly, the aim of this thesis is to show the consequences that the COVID-19 pandemic had on the supply chain of the brewery. What all was done to ensure the uninterrupted production, distribution and sale of beer. Furthermore,difficulties the brewery encountered were listed, as well as which steps were necessary to remove them.
