Abstract

Problematika zračnog prometa kreće od velike potražnje za istim. Da bi se omogućio siguran i kontinuiran protok prometa potrebno je analizirati postojeće tokove, sektorizacije i tehnološka rješenja te na temelju analiza pronalaziti nova rješenja koja će zadovoljiti prometnu potražnju u budućnosti. Učinkovitim rješenjima bi se trebala izbjeći preopterećenja sektora, smanjiti kašnjenja i održavati sigurno provođenje zračnog prometa. Jedno od rješenja je povećanje kapaciteta unutar kontroliranog zračnog prostora. Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati opterećenost sektora unutar zračnog prostora centra oblasne kontrole Zagreb u analitičkom programu NEST te na taj način prikazati najopterećeniji sektor i njegovu održivost uz kontinuirani porast prometa koji je prognoziran kroz nadolazeće godine. Istraživanje će omogućiti predviđanje iskorištenosti kapaciteta sektora za efikasno i sigurno odvijanje zračnog prometa. Rezultati bi trebali pokazati kada bi proaktivno trebalo odrediti novu podjelu osnovnih sektora unutar ATCC Zagreb AoR, a sve u cilju što veće učinkovitosti odvijanja zračnog prometa.

Abstract (english)

The problem of air traffic starts with great demand for it. In order to enable safe and continuous traffic flow, it is necessary to analyze existing flows, sectorizations and technological solutions. New solutions that will satisfy traffic demand in the future are based on the analyzes. Effective solutions should avoid overloading the sector, reduce delays and maintain the safe conduct of air traffic. One solution is to increase capacity within controlled airspace. The task of this paper is to analyze the load of the sector within the airspace of area control centre Zagreb in the analytical program NEST and thus show the busiest sector and its sustainability with a continuous increase in traffic demand over the coming years. The research will make it possible to predict the utilization of the sector's capacity for efficient and safe air traffic. The results should show when the new division of basic sectors within the ATCC Zagreb AoR should be proactively determined, all with the aim of maximizing the efficiency of air traffic.
