Abstract

U radu je prikazana problematika organizacije intermodalnog prijevoza s aspekta logističkog operatera, te je u vidu studije slučaja analizirana postojeća mreža intermodalnog prijevoza DHL-a. Prikazane su mogućnosti kombiniranja različitih načina prijevoza u cilju određivanja optimalnog prijevoznog rješenja. Prilikom analize identificirano je usko grlo poslovnog procesa na temelju kojeg je formiran prijedlog optimizacije elemenata postojećeg modela poslovanja DHL-a u segmentu organizacije intermodalnog prijevoza.

Abstract (english)

The paper presents the general problem of the intermodal transport organization from the aspect of the logistics operator, and in the form of a case study analyzes the existing DHL intermodal transport network. It presents the possibilities of combining different modes of transport in order to determine the optimal transport solution. The analysis identifies the main problem (bottleneck) of the business process and offers a solution in a form of optimization of elements of the existing business model of DHL in the segment of intermodal transport organization.
