Abstract

Održavanje voznog parka proces je koji omogućava ne smetan rad poduzeća kojemu je cilj ostvarenje ekonomske isplativosti uslugom koju proizvode vozila iz navedenog. Sastoji se od niza preventivnih i korektivnih mjera koje pospješuju raspoloživost samog voznog parka. Glavni cilj organizacije je smanjenje troškova održavanja te smanjenje vremena vozila u otkazu što rezultira većom efektivnosti. Sukladno mogućnostima, tvrtka VG Čistoća d.o.o. svoj vozni park održava na nivou potrebnom za uspješno obavljanje svih zadaća na području obavljanja javne usluge. Sistematiziranom evidencijom podataka i ažuriranjem situacija u realnom sektoru, sustav organizacije održavanja u današnje vrijeme moguće je dovesti do zavidne razine. Tehnologija koja je dostupna današnjim rukovoditeljima voznih parkova gotovo je automatizirana i zahtijeva samo ne predviđena ažuriranja.

Abstract (english)

Fleet maintenance is of crucial importance to any organisation that profits from the service held mainly by its vehicles. It is consisted of two main measures; preventive and corrective that enable the availability of the vehicle fleet itself. The key to successful maintenance is to reduce costs and deduct any downtime of the vehicle possible. This leads to greater efficiency. VG Čistoća d.o.o. gives its best to maintain vehicles considering their possibilities. That way, it tries to successfully perform all tasks in the field of public services. By including systematisation of data and updating situations in real traffic it is possible to make fleet maintenance reach enviable levels. 21st century technology enables automatic data storage and requires only updates of unpredicted situations.
