U današnje vrijeme nezamislivo je voditi tvrtku bez informacijskog sustava. Napretkom tehnologije mnoge prednosti proizlaze iz korištenja Interneta i svega što ga sačinjava. U završnom radu obrađuje se termin udaljenog održavanja koji omogućuje vođenje velikog sustava s jednog mjesta koristeći određeni terminalni uređaj.
