Abstract

Struktura logističkih usluga u radu je objašnjena kroz nositelje logističkih procesa. Nositelji logističkih procesa su temeljni dio na kojem se dalje može razrađivati tematika pružanja logističkih usluga. Kako bi opskrbni lanac mogao kvalitetno funkcionirati sve treba biti optimizirano zbog prostorno vremenskih prepreka. Kod pružanja logističke usluge potrebno je znati na koji način prevesti robu, koje transportne tehnologije koristiti, koja su nam prekrcajno manipulacijska sredstva potrebna te zadovoljstvo kupaca kao najbitniji faktor što podrazumijeva upravljanje zalihama na pravi način. U radu je objašnjen pojam logističkog operatera kao ključne osobe u organizaciji i nadgledanju procesa. Analizom kontejnerskih terminala u Hrvatskoj prikazano je trenutno stanje i koji su trendovi u pomorskom prijevozu kontejnera hrvatskih luka. Obrađenom tematikom smo se poslužili kako bi u studiji slučaja prikazali jedan proces otpreme kontejnera u cijelosti.

Abstract (english)

The structure of logistics services in the final work is explained through the holders of logistics processes. Holders of logistics processes are a fundamental part on which the topic of providing logistics services can be further elaborated. In order for the supply chain to function well, everything needs to be optimized due to space and time obstacles. When providing logistics services, it is necessary to know how to transport goods, which transport technologies to use, which transhipment handling tools we need and customer satisfaction as the most important factor, which means managing supplies in the right way. Explaination the notion of a logistics operator as a key person in the organization and monitoring of the process. The analysis of container terminals in Croatia shows the current situation and trends in maritime container transport in Croatian ports. We used the processed topic to present one case of container shipping in its entirety in a case study.
