Abstract

Distribucija predstavlja važan element logističkog sustava i obuhvaća sve aktivnosti vezane za kretanje robe od proizvođača do potrošača. Uloga transporta u distribucijskom sustavu je povezivanje mjesta proizvodnje i potrošnje te isti predstavlja najveći logistički trošak. Cilj ovog rada je primjenom metoda linearnog programiranja optimizirati distribucijsku mrežu logističke tvrtke Quehenberger Logistics d.o.o u svrhu stvaranja kvalitetnijeg distribucijskog sustava sa ukupnim smanjenjem transportnih troškova.. U ovom radu će se koristiti matematičke metode VAM (Vogel Approximation method) i Modificirana metoda raspodjele (MODI) te programski alati Solver i WinQSB koji podržavaju rješavanje lineranih optimizacijskih problema. Primjenom navedenih matematičkih metoda i programskih alata će biti predložena moguća rješenja transportnog sustava sa optimalnim transportnim troškovima.

Abstract (english)

Distribution is an important element of the logistics system which includes all activities related to the movement of goods from producer to customer. The role of transport in the distribution system is to connect places of production and consumption and it represents the largest logistics cost. The aim of this paper is to optimize distribution network of the company Quehenberger Logistics d.o.o using linear programming methods for the purpose of creating a better distribution system with an overall reduction in transportation costs. This paper use mathematical methods VAM (Vogel Approximation method), Modified distribution method (MODI) and software tools Solver and WinQSB which can be used for solving linear optimization problems. Applying the above mathematical methods and software tools, possible solutions of the transport system with optimal transportation costs will be proposed.
