Abstract

Maksimalne zalihe predstavljaju gornju granicu količine robe u skladištu iznad koje se ne smije u određenom razdoblju naručivati nova količina robe, zaliha do te granice još uvijek je ekonomski opravdana s obzirom na troškove skladištenja i troškove naručivanja zaliha, te stupanj sigurnosti zadovoljenja potreba korisnika, odnosno potrošača. Držanje maksimalnih zaliha opravdano je u slučaju kada su dobavljači nepouzdani, gdje su moguća kašnjenja, ukoliko proizvodnja i narudžbe kupaca osciliraju tijekom godine. Tvrtka se držanjem maksimalnih zaliha osigurava od nestašice robe. Maksimalne zalihe u opskrbnom lancu moguće je pronaći u svakoj fazi, a za izračun normativa maksimalnih zaliha postoji više načina. Količina maksimalnih zaliha izračunava se da bi se dobila količina koja nije prevelika, ali da bude dovoljna da se nastavi kontinuitet proizvodnje i potrošnje.

Abstract (english)

Maximum inventory represents upper limit of the quantity of goods in the warehouse above which must not be within a certain period to order a new quantity of goods, inventory to the that extent is economically justified due to the cost of storage and costs of ordering inventory, and the level of security meet the needs of users, or consumers. Holding the maximum inventory is justified in the case when the suppliers are unreliable, where delays are possible, if production and customer orders oscillate during the year. The company insure themselves with holding inventory from shortages goods. Maximum inventory in the supply chain can be found in every phase, and for calculation rate of maximum inventory are several methods. Quantity of maximum inventory is calculated to obtain a quantity that is not too large, but it is sufficient to continue the continuity of production and consumption.
