Abstract

Povratna logistika je obrnuti tok kretanja dobara. Njeni zadaci su prikupiti, transportirati, uskladištiti i reciklirati ili odlagati proizvodne ostatke, potrošački otpad, materijale pakiranja, istrošenu robe i dotrajale materijale. Sustav povratne logistike dopušta potrošačima povrat neželjenih proizvoda te zbog toga taj isti sustav mora na brz i jednostavan način riješiti problem vraćenih proizvoda. Ključni pokazatelji performansi u povratnoj logistici su kriteriji kojima se može procijeniti izvedba usluga i proizvodnih procesa. Mjerni podaci poput kvalitete usluge, smanjenja troškova logistike, vremena ciklusa proizvoda, produktivnosti i troškova tereta po isporučenoj jedinici pogodni su za mjerenje performansi povratne logistike. U radu se navedene formule pomoću kojih se izačunavaju ključni pokazatelji performansi povratne logistike prema vremenu, produktivnosti i trošku.

Abstract (english)

Reverse logistics is a reverse flow of goods. The reverse logistics system allows consumers to return unwanted products and therefore the same system needs to solve the problem of the returned products in a quick and easy way. Key performance indicators in reverse logistics are the criteria for assessing the performance of service and production processes. Measurement data such as quality of service, reduced logistics costs, product cycle time, productivity, and cargo costs per delivered unit are suitable for measuring key performance indicators. The formulas that are mentioned in this paper are calculated according to time, productivity and cost.
