Abstract

Gravitacijsko područje robno-transportnog centra je prostor sa kojeg se pokreću robno-transportni tokovi koji u jednoj fazi svog kretanja prolaze kroz terminal. Ono je određeno svojim geoprometnim položajem, strukturom i količinom robno-transportnih tokova, ekonomskim elementima, brojem, strukturom i lokacijom korisnika usluga koje pruža robno-transportni centar, a među ostalim i prostorno-geografskim položajem koje uvelike utječe na gravitacijsko područje. Ovim radom opisat će se osnovni elementi koji utječu na određivanje gravitacijskog područja, s naglaskom na prostorno-geografske. Definirani elementi koristit će se na primjeru određivanja gravitacijskih zona najvećih gradova Republike Hrvatske, njihov međusobni odnos i preklapanje, kako međusobno tako i sa inozemstvom. Cilj rada je prikazati važnost prostorno-geografskih elemenata koji određuju gravitacijska područja robno-transportnih centara, njihov utjecaj na realizaciju prometnih i tržišnih ciljeva i prepoznavanje potencijala koje pružaju pri razvoju i povezivanju domaćeg i inozemnog tržišta.

Abstract (english)

The gravitational area of a logistic center is an area from which flows of goods are initiated and at one stage pass through the terminal. It is determined by its traffic and geopolitical position, structure and quantity of flow of goods, economic factors, the number, structure and location of potential customers and users of services provided at the terminal, and among other things, the spatial – geographical position that greatly affects the gravitational area. This paper will describe the basic elements that influence determinants of a gravitational area with emphasis on spatial-geographic elements. Defined elements will be used in an example of determining the gravitational zones of the largest cities of the Republic of Croatia, ther interrelationship and overlapping, both internationally and among its own borders. The aim is to show the importance of spatial-geographic elements that determine the gravitational areas of logistic centers, their impact on execution of traffic and market goals and the recognition of the potential they provide in the development and connection of domestic and foreign markets.
