Abstract

U ovom radu su opisane višeuslužne mreže, različite usluge i aplikacije koje one pružaju kao i karakteristike tih usluga. Objašnjen je pojam kvalitete usluge te kojim mrežno opisnim parametrima se opisuje. Istraženi su i prezentirani rezultati istraživanja iz domene određivanja granica QoS (Quality of Service, kvaliteta usluge) parametara za pojedinu vrstu usluge. Aplikacije su podijeljene u različite kategorije te su po njima opisane. Također je opisano kakav utjecaj na kvalitetu pojedine usluge ima nepoštivanje zadanih granica QoS parametara.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the multiservice network, the various services and applications they provide, as well as the features of these services. The concept of quality of service is explained and the network descriptive parameters are described. The research results from the QoS threshold setting domain for a particular type of service were also explored. Applications are divided into different categories and are described below. It also describes what impact on the quality of a particular service not complying with the default QoS parameters has.
