Abstract

SoC (engl. System-on-Chip) koncept čini temelj većine današnjih terminalnih uređaja. Primjene tih sustava su gotovo neograničene što otvara mogućnost detaljne analize različitih sustava i terminalnih uređaja gdje su oni primijenjeni. Hardverske značajke, opće karakteristike, arhitektura i područja primjene su parametri SoC sustava čija analiza je dana u ovom završnom radu. Također, u radu su prikazane usporedbe i važni testovi koji omogućuju privatnim i poslovnim korisnicima lakši odabir SoC-a.... More Konstantne promjene korisničkih navika pri korištenju terminalnih uređaja često određuju smjer napretka. Današnje potrebe za multimedijom se polako pretvaraju u potrebe za konstantnom povezanošću na Internet mrežu što će u bližoj budućnosti uvelike utjecati na implementaciju SoC sustava u svakodnevni život putem koncepta Interneta stvari. Abstract (english)

The SoC (System-on-Chip) concept is the foundation of most of today's terminal devices. The applications of these systems are almost limitless, which opens the possibility of detailed analysis of different systems and terminal devices where those systems are applied. The hardware features, general characteristics, architecture, and application areas are parameters of the SoC systems whose analysis is given in this paper. Constant changes in user habits when using terminal devices often determine the direction of progress. Today's multimedia needs are slowly evolving into the need for constant connectivity to the Internet network, which in the near future will greatly affect the implementation of the SoC systems in everyday life through the concept of Internet of Things.
