Abstract

Sigurnost predstavlja osnovni preduvjet obavljana zračnog prometa u svijetu, iz tog razloga je postavljanje sigurnosnih okvira važno područje za svakodnevno funkcioniranje pa tako i za samo dizajniranje istraživačkog sustava zrakoplovnih nesreća. Kako bi se povećala kvaliteta, postigla sigurnost i efikasnost međunarodnog civilnog zračnog prijevoza nužna je međunarodna standardizacija u svim segmentima zračnog prijevoza. More zračnog prometa, kako bi se osigurao siguran i nadziran rast međunarodnog civilnog zrakoplovstva u svijetu ICAO propisuje širok opseg programa sigurnosti koji uključuje veliki broj aktivnosti. Cilj programa sigurnosti je sustavno raditi na povećanju sigurnosti, a sam sustav menadžmenta sigurnosti (SMS) čini niz podsustava podijeljeni odgovarajućim poglavljima Annex – a konvencije o međunarodnom civilnom zrakoplovstvu. Složenost je modernih zrakoplovnih sustava takva da je apsolutno neophodan, dobro dokumentirani, dizajnirani istraživački sustav zrakoplovnih nesreća kako bi se osigurala odgovarajuća razina sigurnosti. Dizajnirane aktivnosti unutar sustava trebaju biti u potpunosti integrirane s certifikacijskim procesom. Safety is a basic requirement to perform air traffic in the world. Setting up security framework is an important area for the daily functioning of air transport and to design research system of aircraft accidents. To increase the quality, achieve security and efficiency of international civil aviation is a necessary international standardization in all aspects of air travel.
