Abstract

Jedan od glavnih ciljeva logistike je kvalitetnim odlukama i organizacijom svesti troškove distribucije na minimum, a da se pritom kvaliteta distribucije ne dovodi u pitanje. Razvitak tehnologije doveo je do revolucije u distribuciji. U posljednjem desetljeću sve je aktualnija elektronska distribucija (electronic distribution – e-distribucija). Naime, tradicionalne trgovine sve više zamjenjuje kupnja roba, usluga i informacija preko interneta, pametnih telefona i tableta. Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je da se analizom relevantnim distribucijskih parametara, te distribucijskog procesa promatrane tvrtke, kako za klasičnu, tako i za e-distribuciju usporedi ta dva oblika distribucije. Cilj tih analiza je da se na temelju njih dobiju informacije o glavnim distribucijskim značajkama tvrtke kako bi se predložile mogućnosti za unapređenje distribucijskog sustava promatrane tvrtke.

Abstract (english)

One of the main goals of logistics is to make sure that costs of distribution are lowest they can get by quality decisions and organization while it is important not to jeopardize quality of distribution. Development of technology caused revolution in distribution possibilities. In the last decade e-distribution is more current. Traditional stores are being replaced by shopping of goods, services and informations over Internet. Purpose of this paper is to analyze relevant distributional parameters, distributional process of observed company so the differencies can be compared. Purpose of the analysis is to get informations about main distributional features of the company so it can be suggested potentional improvement of distributional system.
