Abstract

Distribucija predstavlja proces koji osigurava dostupnost proizvoda ili usluga potrošačima. Postaje važan dio maloprodajne strategije, jer pruža mogućnosti optimizacije troškova, povećanja tržišta i kompetitivnih prednosti. Stoga, važno je osigurati dostupnost dobara i usluga uvažavajući troškovne i vremenske okvire. Analiziranjem distribucijske mreže maloprodajne tvrtke uočit će se nedostaci s ciljem brže, točnije i efikasnije dostave proizvoda do poslovnica uz smanjenje transportnih troškova. Predložena su tri modela u svrhu optimizacije distribucijske mreže.

Abstract (english)

Distribution is a process that ensures the availability of products or services to consumers. It is an important part of retail strategy as it provides the opportunity for cost optimization, market enhancement, and competitive advantages. Therefore, it is important to ensure the availability of goods and services by taking into account cost and time frames. Distribution network analaysis will identify shorcomings for the purpose of creating faster, more accurate and more efficient delivery of products to stores while reducing transport costs. Three models are proposed for the purpose of distribution network optimisation.
