Abstract

Skladišni procesi u tvrtki moraju se učinkovito odvijati jer kroz njih prolazi velika količina robe čija je vrijednost ogromna. Svaki skladišni proces od prijema robe, pa sve do otpreme robe je veoma bitan, ali je komisioniranje robe sa skladišnih pozicija prema narudžbi kupaca, od velike važnosti za cjelokupno skladišno poslovanje. Izrada nacrta skladišta je određivanje konfiguracije skladišta koje mora biti optimalno projektirano jer treba pojednostaviti manipulaciju robom i povećati učinkovitost odvijanja skladišnih procesa. U radu će se opisati skladišni procesi i skladišni nacrt u tvrtki, prikazati tijek procesa, identificirati uska grla prilikom izvođenja pojedinih procesa i nacrta skladišta te predložiti mogućnost njihove optimizacije.

Abstract (english)

Warehouse processes in the company have to be carried out effectively, because through them passes a large quantity of goods whose value is enormous. Every warehousing process from the goods receiving to the goods shipping is very important, but the picking goods process from storage positions because of the customer orders is most important for the entire warehouse management. The design of a layout is the determination of the configuration of a warehouse, which must be optimally designed to simplify the handling of goods and to increase the efficiency of the warehouse processes. The thesis will describe the warehouse processes and the warehouse layout of a company, show the course of the processes, identify bottlenecks in the execution of certain processes and warehouse layout, and suggest the possibility of their optimization.
