Abstract

Cilj poslovanja svakog poduzeća je ostvarenje pozitivnog poslovnog rezultata odnosno dobiti. Za ostvarenje pozitivnog poslovnog rezultata potrebno je imati prihode veće od rashoda. S obzirom da se prihodi/rashodi dijele na poslovne, financijske i izvanredne možemo se zapitati koji od njih su najvažniji, odnosno na koje od njih bi poduzeće trebalo posebno obratiti pozornost. S obzirom da se financijski i izvanredni prihodi i rashodi ostvaruju dodatnim poslovnim aktivnostima poduzeća (kao što su na primjer izdavanje dionica, davanje kredita drugim poduzećima i slično) lako je zaključiti kako su osnovni prihodi/ rashodi oni poslovni koji nastaju redovnim poslovanjem poduzeća. Proizvodna poduzeća posebnu pozornost posvećuju upravo upravljanju zalihama bez čijeg bi nadzora troškovi poduzeća mogli prerasti one očekivane. Upravo iz tog razloga cilj svake kompanije je efikasno i racionalno upravljanje zalihama radi racionalizacije i minimiziranja troškova uz ostvarenje pozitivnog rezultata poslovanja. Tema ovog završnog rada je upravljanje zalihama u proizvodnji na primjeru proizvodnog poduzeća Franck d.d.. Cilj rada je na temelju teoretskih saznanja o vrstama sustava za upravljanje prikazati na konketnom primjeru planiranje i upravljanje zalihama u proizvodnji kao i utjecaj sezonalnosti na planiranje upravljanja zalihama. Uz sve navedeno u završnom radu prikazan je sustav operativnog planiranja 1+3 na primjeru iz prakse.

Abstract (english)

The goal of each business is to achieve a positive business result or profit. To achieve a positive business result, revenues should be higher than expenses. Given that revenues / expenditures are divided into business, financial and extraordinary, we can wonder which of them are the most important, or on which of them should pay particular attention to the company. Given that financial and extraordinary revenues and expenditures are realized through additional business activities of the company (such as issuing shares, lending to other companies, etc.) it is easy to conclude that basic income/expenses are those that are generated by the company's regular business operations. Production companies pay special attention to the management of inventories because without it the costs of the company could be overtaken. For this reason, the goal of each company is efficiently and rationally manage inventories for the purpose of rationalizing and minimizing costs while achieving positive business results. The subject of this final work is inventory management of production on the example of the Franck d.d. manufacturing company. The aim of the paper is to provide on a conceptual example of planning and inventory management in production as well as the impact of seasonality on inventory management planning based on theoretical knowledge of the types of management system. In addition to all of the above, the operating system 1 + 3 is shown on the example from the practice.
