Abstract

Zalihe su ključan element u kontroliranju proizvodnje i prodaje kao i dodatni trošak te zbog toga treba točno odrediti koja je količina zaliha potrebna kako bi proizvodnja bila kontinuirana i kako bi krajnji potrošač bio zadovoljan. Postoje više vrsta zaliha, a u ovom radu biti će opisane sigurnosne zalihe i njihov utjecaj na razinu usluge. Sigurnosna zaliha je količina robe kojom je moguće zadovoljiti potražnju tijekom vremena isporuke. Razina sigurnosne zalihe ovisi o razini usluge koje poduzeće želi pružiti, o parametrima kao što su vrijeme isporuke i troškovi vezani uz zalihe te o pouzdanosti dobavljača. Sigurnosnu zalihu korisno je držati u fazi proizvodnje kako bi se poduzeće zaštitilo od mogućeg nestanka sirovine. Uz teorijsku obradu pojma prikazani su i objašnjeni konkretni postupci izračuna sigurnosne zalihe na dva načina razine usluga.

Abstract (english)

Supplies are a key element in controlling production and sales as well as additional costs, so it is necessary to determine exactly which stock quantity is needed to keep production productive and to ensure that the end consumer is satisfied. There are several types of supplies and this paper will describe the safety stocks and their impact on the customer service level. The safety stock is the amount of goods that can satisfy demand during delivery time. The level of safety stocks depends on the service level the company wants to provide, on parameters such as time delivery and inventory costs and supplier reliability. It is useful to keep the safety stock up to the production stage to protect the company from the possible disappearance of raw materials. With the theoretical processing concept there are also presented and explained specific procedures of calculating safety stocks on two customer service level.
