Abstract

Razvoj informacijsko-komunikacijskih usluga postala je jedna od najpopularnijih grana u ICT sektoru. Sami razvoj usluge nije toliko izazovan koliko je bitan stalan napredak i razvoj iste te je uz to isto toliko bitno njezino održavanje i promoviranje iste prema korisnicima. Development of information and communication services has become one of the most popular branches in the ICT sector. The service development itself is not so challenging as the essential progress and development is essential, and it is equally essential to maintain and promote it to the users.
