Abstract

Održavanje cestovne infrastrukture najvažniji je dio posla nakon što se prometnica pusti u eksploataciju. Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o. koriste Sustav gospodarenja građevinama kako bi učinkovito, brzo, sigurno i s najmanjim zastojima izvele obnovu oštećenih dijelova. Pri gradnji prometnica koriste se Opći tehnički uvjeti iz 2001. godine, također Pravilnik o održavanju cesta, NN, 90/14 daje smjernice kako pravilno i u skladu sa Zakonom postupati održavanju cesta. Strategija prometnog razvitka temeljni je spis za planiranje i gradnju prometnica. Prije i tijekom građenja izvođači su dužni dostaviti certificirane dokaze o ispravnosti materijala za ugradnju. Važan čimbenik sustava održavanja infrastrukture je i vertikalna prometna signalizacija te oznake na kolniku. Mjere se pomoću uređaja za mjerenje retrorefleksije statičkom ili dinamičkom metodom. Kao prijedlog poboljšanja sustava predlaže se korištenje GIS i GPS mobilnih sustava zbog mogućnosti dostavljanja, pregleda i analiziranja podataka u stvarnom vremenu. Također, predlaže se i suradnja s građanima i otvaranjem dijela aplikacije za javnost kako bi i oni mogli dostaviti podatke o nepravilnostima na prometnicama.

Abstract (english)

Maintenance of road infrastructure is the most important part of the job after the road is put into exploitation. Croatian Motorways Ltd. are using system of facility management to efficiently, quickly, safely and with the smallest setbacks carried out the restoration of damaged parts. In the construction of roads used General technical conditions in 2001, also Regulations on road maintenance, OG 90/14 provides guidance how to properly and in accordance with the law proceed road maintenance. Transport Development Strategy is a fundamental document for planning and construction of roads. Before and during the construction contractors are required to submit certified proof of the correctness of the material for installation. An important factor of the system infrastructure maintenance are also vertical traffic signs and road markings. They are measured using the measuring device with static or dynamic method. As a suggestion to improve the system it is proposed to use GIS and GPS mobile systems because of the possibility of submission, review, and analyze data in real time. Also, it is suggested the cooperation with the citizens and the opening portion of the application to the public so that they could submit the data on irregularities in the roads.
